When you hire them; we charge you a recruiting fee.
Contract For Hire
You’re looking to hire a person on staff as a full time employee,
but want to test the candidate’s work ethic and capabilities before you
make them a permanent employee of your organization.
Contract
You’re short staffed and need resources for 1 week or 1 month,
pure staff augmentation services.
Project based staffing

We can also provide you with project managers,
work with your project managers, or simply provide you

Additional Search Services
Traditional Contigency:
- Contingent fee is due upon placement
- Our overhead is lower than the high-volume agenices and we can pass a significant savings on to our customers
Partially Retained:
- Pay a portion of the fee upfront
- The balance is billed upon placement
- If the search is cancelled or filled by another source, we will not charge for the balance
- This type of search is typically less than an executive or contingent search
Hourly Plus Success:
- Hourly search fee based on the level of candidate you are hiring
- Works great for multiple positions or more junior level positions
Flat Fee Per Hire:
- Best for mulitple fills in the same region/ same skill set
- Also a great service for incentive based positions that most recruiters shy away from.
