Talent resources are dedictated to only your project. This resource can include a project planner or be limited to implementation only.

Our extensive experience has provided Synergy Sourcing with the expertise to participate effectively in providing resources throughout the duration of a scheduled project.

Pre Project:

• Distributing necessary paperwork/ project scripts pertaining to the scope of work to each technician.
• Confirmation calls one day prior to ensure each tech has read and understands the details within the project task list.

Post Project:

• Ensuring proper check out procedures and site completion steps are followed and recorded per outlined process.
• Collect required documentation utilizing an internet based time and project tracking system.
• Process the final documentation for concise detailed billing.
